We’re Hiring Experienced HVAC Technicians & Installers

Patriot Cooling Inc is HIRING — experienced HVAC installers and service technicians. We’re a family-owned, licensed & insured AC company based in Naples, growing fast and booked solid. This isn’t seasonal work — Southwest Florida keeps us busy all year. If you’re experienced, take pride in clean work, and you’re tired of being just a number at a big shop, we want to talk to you.

HVAC Installer (Lead or Crew) — $22–$32/hr depending on experience

  • Residential changeouts & new system installs (split systems, package units)
  • Mini-split installs
  • Ductwork, line sets, brazing, evacuation & start-up
  • Water heater / pool heater experience a plus

HVAC Service Technician — $25–$35/hr depending on experience

  • Diagnostics & repair on residential and light commercial systems
  • Preventative maintenance, electrical & controls troubleshooting
  • Refrigeration / walk-in experience a plus (we do commercial refrigeration too)

Requirements

  • 3+ years HVAC experience (install or service, depending on the role)
  • EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred)
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record
  • Your own hand tools
  • Brazing experience; able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/heat
  • Professional with customers — clean, on time, communicates well
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
